Dear Friends of the Grieving Dads Project:

As many of you know, I started the Grieving Dads Project in October of 2009. Within a few days, I started to receive emails from grieving dads from all over the world which confirmed that there were not enough resources for grieving dads. It’s been 2 ½ years and I am proud to announce that my new book Grieving Dads: To the Brink and Back is ready for a early June release.

I decided to self-publish this much needed resource since many of the high profile literary agents and publishers I contacted said “no thanks, men do not buy these types of books.” Not only do I think grieving dads will buy this book, but I also think the women and caregivers in their lives will also see the need for it since it provides a rare glimpse into the pain these men carry.

On May 17th, I launched a 30-day Kickstarter fundraising campaign to help raise the funds to make this much needed book more available to people around the world. Our goal is to raise $20k before Fathers Day, basically in 3-weeks.

I am asking you to support this project by sharing this email/campaign with others in your sphere of influence. Keep in mind all financial contributions give “rewards” as a result of “backing” the project.
