Thank you for sharing. I revisted this site because I wanted to re-read your article.
“he was more than the way he died” I originally found it 2 weeks after my son died of a drug overdose and I think it really helped me to get over the stigma of it all. You and I have since formed a “friendship” that I am grateful for. We are coming up on the 2 year anniversary of our sons death and we take it on One day at a time, with new grandchildren and working on re-inventing our lives. Finding New Normals Thank you for your insight,
Hugs, Lori Coniglio
Lori,
I am so sorry for the reason that brought us together. There is nothing like the pain of losing one’s child. I am honored that you have shared a part of your journey with me.
Jim will live in the hearts of all that knew him. I feel that I have gotten to know him through you. He will not be forgotten.
Thank you for your warm words of kindness and support.
Hugs,
Debra
