Jessica Church, nurse practitioner, and her sister Shane McCoin, attorney, lost their oldest sister to cancer at the age of 39. As a result of the trauma and stress they created the website Losing A Puzzle Piece where they blog about their journey as caregivers and grievers bringing attention to the much neglected area of adult sibling grief.
